No stickiness on the outside or inside. The base of the handle is collapsed and bent. The outside is firmly made of Matelasse and is still in a usable condition despite being vintage, but there is some rubbing on one corner. The inside has some rubbing and scratches, but there is no major damage and you can continue to use it with confidence.
